How-much time do you spend in self-reflection?
And by that I mean how-often (if you do) you take a step back from the more-sensorial experiences of life, exciting or routine (so between skydiving and clearing your overdraft) and introspect on your experiences/goals/feelings/past? Are you always in your head thinking about life/processing your experiences like-so or are you the sorta person who really can’t/strongly-prefers not to be left-alone with their inner thoughts for more-than 20 minutes on a Sunday afternoon?
