To save you the time:
Spoiler: Elrond was chucked out of the mines, but he managed to get a lump of Mithril.
The Elves wanted to turn it into (after some discussion) three crowns, and then after more discussion, Rings. But there wasn't enough metal to do so.
Fake Aragorn was Sauron all along. He gave the Elven smiths some hints as how to make the Mithril stretch out - mix it with other metals. He was indeed wise and revolutionary...
Galadrial recognised some of the words the Ringsmith used to describe their power as coming from Sauron, and she... looked on Wikipedia? And learned that the bloodline had died out for the Kings of the Southlands, so he couldn't possibly be one. Cue the "big reveal".
Eminem was a member of a Cult of Sauron, and thought Meteor Man was him. He's not. The cultists then recognised him as an Istar, which means he's either Gandalf, Saruman, Radagast, or one of the Blue Wizards. I'd go with the latter, as Meteor Man disappeared into the sunset, heading to Rhun, along with Fake Frodo. Rhun is Middle Earth's Asia, and in Tolkien canon, the Blue Wizards were mostly working there and Harad (Africa).
The series ended with Mount Doom flaring up ...
