Zac Efron on the other hand has completely deformed his mouth and is using the excuse of jaw repair surgery after an accident. Thing is though, he said he'd had the surgery in an interview *before* having whatever it was that has altered his face, so it's not jaw surgery at all. Botched fillers or implants or something like that. He didn't need anything done whatsoever, it's crazy.
