It's fair to say that some money will need to be taken from any donation to pay admin fees and the likes.
But should charity companies like say archwell be allowed to register in states like Delaware where only 5 percent of the money needs to go towards donations..its 60 percent in other states.
I wonder what made harry and meghan register in Delaware! Its all very strange
