Which club he should Ronaldo go to next guys?

Option 1 - Birmingham City
Option 2 - Rangers
Option 3 - Tamworth
Option 4 - Birmingham City buy him and loan him out to either option 2 or 3

I'm personally torn between option 1 & 4.
