I literally had to verify my mum's number for her about 3 times, maybe even more . Yesterday it actually let her vote straight away ...but it still tries to redirect to ITV website

Which put me off downloading the app for my own phone ,and I've read reviews saying how much people are fed up with the app.
So my thinking is IAC probably wants people to use money to vote more instead , well good luck to them ...as I won't be spending a penny on voting:
