The headline doesn’t include the facts in these cases
The company can’t just turn of peoples supple of gas or electricity so they go to court for a magistrate to give them the legal rights to change the meter to pre pay this is because gas or electricity is being used but not being paid for.
They don’t just send one letter there is a process that’s followed
All it means is you have to pay for what you have used and are going to use
