I only call differences of opinion deluded, obsessive and hateful when they're deluded, obsessive and hateful
. There are plenty of very valid criticisms of Harry and Meghan and reasons not to personally like them and many people share those views well, reasonably, and proportionately.
And then... well... there's another group isn't there
