Harry and Meghan very frequently leak items via their PR - a big part of the PR’s job is to keep attention and interest focused on their clients. Common sense, among other things, dictates whether an item is believable or not.
In this case, unless her delusions have reached a new high, I doubt Meghan truly believes Harry’s narration is worthy of a Grammy or that he is ‘up there’ with Obama, for obvious reasons.
