The situations are completely different (for the reasons I pointed out above), but both appear to have committed crimes. if you or I took top secret docs home, we'd already be in prison, but they are being treated the exact same way by the DoJ. Were you not aware that a special counsel had been formed to investigate Biden?
If anything, Americans should be screaming about the archaic rules that always protect the powerful.
