Inhumans are already canon-ish to the MCU - Black Bolt was in Multiverse of Madness. They're not in the main MCU universe but one of the major plot points of the final few seasons of Agents of Shield was that they ended up in a separate timeline to the main MCU ... you could fairly easily explain that the events of AoS took place in another universe.

The main issue is (and always was) that Quake is too powerful and too experienced of a character to be in the B-squad ... by the end it made no sense that she was still trooping around with SHIELD when she had Avengers+ level abilities. Plus "Yoyo", after she realised the full potential of her powers, was basically Quicksilver 2.0.

I've just read that she may well be returning to an MCU project but she'll be an alternate version of Daisy/Quake, same powers and some of the same background but they're definitely retconning the Inhumans so she'll have a different origin story for her powers.
