The police officer in charge of the investigation into the disappearance of Nicola
Bulley has revealed
she was a "high risk" and had "specific vulnerabilities".
Detective Superintendent Smith refused to give more details of the mother-of-
two's "individual vulnerabilities".
"But those vulnerabilities based our decision-making in terms of grading Nicola
as high risk and have continued to form part of my investigation throughout."
