Plus it wouldn't just be guilty paedophiles , it would be Jeff who lives down the road who people suspect is a "creepy loner" . But no actual evidence of him being a paedophile other than that.
Any time death penality is brought into action ,you will always get innocent people accused or wrongly arrested.
