I don't mind the word Woke when I feel that it's appropriate to use it, but I do feel like sometimes there are certain groups on the Internet that will use the word because either there's a black person in a Film/TV Show or a woman is being portrayed as something other than a pathetic damsel.

Well the sad thing is strong female characters get written badly these days ( obviously not all ) , but she hulk has had bad reviews. We just don't see many well written characters like e.g Ripley from Alien movies
