My last meal is at around 10pm .. I think your body just adapts to whatever your eating habits are tbh
I only drink water from 10p until 5pm the following day ( other than a black coffee at 7am ) and yet I wake up bright and breezy every morning and have loads of energy all throughout the day .. no dips or peaks.
Our bodies are marvellous ‘machines’ ..
