[A clean-up operation is under way after
about 200 barrels of reservoir fluid
including oil leaked into the water
at Poole Harbour in Dorset.
A major incident was declared when a leak
occurred at a pipeline operated by gas
company Perenco, under Owers Bay on Sunday.
Members of the public have been urged
not to swim at the harbour or nearby
until further notice,
Poole Harbour Commissioners said.
Perenco said it was "under control".
The company said a small amount of
reservoir fluid - made up of 85% water
and 15% oil - escaped from the pipeline.
The leak came from Wytch Farm, an oil field
and processing facility that produces about
14,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day.]
