I never thought that a team could be worse run than Blues.

They have had top Managers + Kane, Son, Eriksen, and Bale at one point or another, and yet they can't/couldn't do anything but they think it'll all change with Ryan Mason at the helm?

No offense to Ryan Mason, but Levy is a joke.
