I hate to say it but historically Villa are a big team.
Imo the fact that they don't realistically have a shot at winning the League is ridiculous.
The Leicester and Liverpool type of years need to be more possible imo.
I mean let's be real the way Football is being run, teams like Crystal Palace and Bournemouth don't stand a cat in hell's chance of ever building a team to win the Premier League, the FA is allowing Man City to really turn it into a one team League with the odd year where a Leicester might win it.
La Liga and Bundesliga also need to make their Leagues more open for other teams to win as well, that's an exciting competition imo, and ironically would probably draw new fans to the Sport that might've previously hated it beforehand.
But Football & F1 love coronation years far too much, it's sad because both Sports imo are entertaining at their core level, but blatant cheating and corruption from the organization's that run them actually harms the quality rather than enhances it imo.
Because let's be real do you ever see Brighton ever being allowed to win the Premier League? If next season they're top of the table after the first 20-25 games, I bet that the Referees and VAR would find any excuse to give the opposition penalties against them, and probably disallow any goal that's even slightly subjective on the matter.
I know that I'm entering conspiracy theories towards the end, but I honestly believe that the FA love how it currently is with Man City just dominating by a mile over everybody else.
