Dark Knight is certainly the better
film, but Super-Man 2 is the better
superhero film.

Definitely the Raimi ones. Brilliant.
The MCU ones are good but they're just MCU movies, albiet with a touch more personality than most of the others. But they don't have a whole lot of re-watchability. Watch each one once, done and dusted.
