As a previous co op front of counter employee as well...
WHEN THEY MADE ALL THE ****ING PACKETS LOOK THE SAME...THERES 20 DIFFERENT FLAVOURS
OF BLACK TO SORT THROUGH FFS.
No wonder we get such a bad rating for speed of service.
