My company is on trust pilot and we have had some stinking reviews that are not justifiable at all. It's the way the world is these days if you are in business. Justified or not, people can say something is a pile of poo, you just have to accept that and trust that the majority of people see the review for what it is.

We still live in a society where the majority are non vegan, so someone saying they have no vegan options is of no consequence at all
