no offense of course but this is exactly why i actively dislike Rotterdam and its smug mayor Aboutaleb
this comes to absolutely no surprise for me, happens every month basically
few days before this, a 53 yr old man had shot another man and wounded that victim's dog (whom was transported, walking to the ambulance, to the vet)
am glad i do not live in that city
