So according to UNESCO rules, there can never be a tree there ever again.
Meanwhile...
What I think was worse was how the Conservative Council leader at Plymouth Council ordered the felling of 110 trees under the cover of night for some grandiose regeneration project. This was whilst the decision on removing trees was going for judicial review. A pressure group had to get an emergency injunction to save at least 19 trees from the cull.
