Trish has figured Olivia out, and can sense she's an attention seeker....ever since salmon gate . Trish's facial expression was so over it.
Also they exchanged words over the big wigs getting luxury food, I remember Trish defending that ...by saying they never had a choice in the food they got, as Olivia wanted the bottoms to get priority in the shopping list.
