That's def part of what makes her irritating. The way that she mouths platitudes and then carries on as usual.
She'll say that she is sorry, say all the correct cliche bollocks, and just do it again and again. She clearly is not sorry.
Also, I hate it when people start off with 'I want you to know that your feelings are valid'... I know my ****ing feelings are valid, I don't need you to tell me that or give me your permission to have them. So irritating
