I found that phrasing really weird (surely it would be "ER doctor" or something?) , and never got to the bottom of it but my theory was that she had a PhD , and also worked as an HCA.

I don't think I remember that person,but then again there's quite a few BB's I haven't watched. I stopped half way through BB11 then I started again with BB19 .
But I think Matty just works with the elderly aswell, with a possible PHD. Apparently Harry Hill has a PHD aswell....and look how odd he is aswell.
