Depending on who is up it’s hard to call. Dylan will defo go.
Out of Noky, Trish and whoever else it is (assuming it’s these 4) I’d says it’s anyone’s game as most votes will likely go to Dylan and it’ll be close for the other 3.
I think Trish is in trouble though as she likely has more haters than Noky.
