Doesn't make them "far right" either.
Very primitive emotions get raised when children are threatened or indeed hurt. Emphasis on primitive, and it doesn't excuse the extent of the reaction, obviously.
But ascribing political positions to them, especially extreme or "far" political positions, is as Cherie said ... ridic.
