Dear God.
Kids under five are still developing, neither gender or sexuality would or should concern them.
They want to change their name ( well my son did) they want to dress up, wear make up, pretend to be princesses or any other fairytale character. Play with whatever toys they choose.
This is all perfectly normal, please leave our kids alone and let them have a childhood.
