…blame in itself, though..is indicative of an incident already have taken place and then there is no question of police involvement…so what has been achieved, it’s a flawed policy from the off, isn’t it…the policies have surely always been about prevention because for any of those ‘decision makers’ and policy makers…the cost to the system’s resources would be far greater after the effect, which is what is being said…’once a crime is committed’…and in this case, four lives are no more…the system is broken and failing because public services don’t seem to be working together and also working on low staffing, is how it looks… hanged are what need to be looked at, not blame…as blame won’t change anything…
