Study is flawed and assumes cause from correlation - I don't understand how they've immediately drawn this conclusion without controlling for other factors (e.g. WHY these people tried intermittent fasting, was it because they were prone to weight issues, etc.)

Anyway. Overall nothing wrong with intermittent fasting but it really needs to be with a lower carb/sugar diet or you risk spiking your blood sugars.
