I've done the first two Live Shows so far.
I feel like some of them have talent (although the Show isn't always utilizing some of these talented acts very well imo,) and some of them really don't (like so far imo, the hearthrob contestant is not breaking negative stereotypes for that type of contestant this year I think.
)
And I remember listening to a few performances from this year, years ago, but I am attempting to go in with an open mind.

7. Heejun Han - A Song For You - Heejun's best vocal imo.

This night I thought was the weakest of the series imo, only Colton, Joshua, and Skylar sounded any good on the night imo.
Live Show 6 - Music From The 2010's
1. Colton Dixon - Love The Way You Lie - This performance definitely is above the average quality of the Season imo, because this Season definitely isn't as good as 13, 8, or 9 imo, but Colton's Love The Way You Lie performance definitely could've belonged in one of those Seasons, a really strong performance.
2. Joshua Ledet - Runaway Baby
3. Skylar Laine - Didn't You Know How Much I Loved You
4. Hollie Cavanagh - ****in Perfect - Definitely my favourite Hollie performance.
5. Phillip Phillips - Give A Little More
6. Jessica Sanchez - Stuttering - Good vocal, but wtf at the song! Lol.
7. Elise Testone - You And I
Live Show 7 - Music From Now & Then - Round 1
1. Colton Dixon - Bad Romance
2. Joshua Ledet - I Believe
3. Phillip Phillips - U Got It Bad - Definitely one of his more interesting performances imo.

Live Show 7 - Music From Now & Then - Round 2
1. Colton Dixon - September - I've seen some bad voting decisions on American Idol since I've been getting into the Show, but Season 11's equivalent to Adam Lambert (in terms of being the most talented,) being eliminated at the top 7 is ****ing crazy to me personally. He very clearly was head and shoulders above the rest of the line-up in my view.

3. Jessica Sanchez - Try A Little Tenderness - It weren't perfect imo, but I did really like the growl sounding notes.
4. Skylar Laine - I Heard It Through The Grapevine
5. Phillip Phillips - In The Midnight Hour
6. Hollie Cavanagh - Son Of A Preacher Man
7. Elise Testone - Let's Get It On
Live Show 8 - Round 1
1. Skylar Laine - The Show Must Go On
2. Jessica Sanchez - Bohemian Rhapsody

2. Hollie Cavanagh - The Climb - The way the arrangement worked for her on both The Climb and with Perfect, I believe that this type of song is where Hollie should've gone down more often on the Show, as both songs compliment her voice quite well imo.
3. Jessica Sanchez - Dance With My Father
4. Phillip Phillips - The Stone - I felt like Phillip was on the cusp of doing something truly amazing here, but the goofy smile kind of took me out of his performance, and not for the first time this season with one of his performances.
5. Skylar Laine - Tattoos On This Town
6. Elise Testone - Bold As Love
Live Show 9 - Round 1
1. Jessica Sanchez - Proud Mary
2. Joshua Ledet - Ain't Too Proud To Beg
3. Skylar Laine - Fortunate Son
4. Hollie Cavanagh - River Deep Mountain High
5. Phillip Phillips - The Letter - I don't why he isn't getting better at this stage of the competition, he is still at week 1 level.
Live Show 9 - Round 2
1. Hollie Cavanagh - Bleeding Love - I don't know what I'm more shocked about tbh, the fact that there was a really good cover of Bleeding Love, the fact that it's in this particular series of American Idol and it wasn't from Colton delivering such a quality performance, or the fact that it came from Hollie, who whilst admittedly has improved over the last few rounds, I didn't think that she could sing to this level. A pleasant surprise of the series for me.

3. Joshua Ledet - To Love Somebody
4. Skylar Laine - You Don't Have To Say You Love Me
5. Phillip Phillips - Time Of The Season - Tbf, I liked this performance more than his first leg, but seriously what is wrong with the American Idol voters? They're worse than The X Factor ones (with the exception of Caleb tbf.)
Live Show 10 - Round 1
1. Hollie Cavanagh - Faithfully - Not anywhere near the Bleeding Love standard imo, but still a decent performance.
2. Jessica Sanchez - Steal Away
3. Joshua Ledet - You Raise Me Up - I actually noticed Joshua hit a bum note, it finally happened, which is incredible that it took so long.
4. Phillip Phillips - Have You Ever Seen The Rain?
Live Show 10 - Round 2
1. Phillip Phillips - Volcano - Finally! A really good performance from Phillip, and no bloody smiling during the performance either.
2. Joshua Ledet - It's A Man's Man's Man's World - A fantastic vocal from Joshua, definitely the best vocal of the night imo, even if the song choice is lazy and uninspired.
3. Hollie Cavanagh - I Can't Make You Love Me
4. Jessica Sanchez - And I Am Telling You I'm Not Going - Definitely my least favourite Jessica performance by a mile.

2. Jessica Sanchez - My All - Definitely nice to hear a different Mariah song being covered.
