You can take anything out of context and substitute words if you want to. It doesn't claim to be a direct quote, just a quote in speech marks. I'm not saying she didn't say it, but I'm not saying she did either. My point is opinions shouldn't be based on the tone of the article because you shouldn't believe everything you read.
