I do think that it has been a bit repetitive with it's story structure early on, which is probably my biggest issue with it so far.
I still think that Biomega is my personal favourite series out of Tsutomu Nihei's works.

I ended up doing about 28 chapters of Blame! By the end.
It's an okay Manga, but it's too lacking in dialogue for my personal taste.
It has an interesting looking world though.
