Also my maths isn't terrible, I used an approximation of 350 for days in a year and 700 for the number of people to do it quickly in my head, but here's the actual maths if you really want it.

710 (people) x 365 (days) = 259150

X 10 (years) = 2,591,500 people (in 10 years)

2,591,500 / 67,000,000 (population of UK currently) = 0.38

X 100 = 3.8% increase in population in 10 years.

So it's less than 4% rather than less than 3% due to rounding error. Not a meaningful difference in terms of my point. Zizu still has civil war breaking out over a 3.8% demographic shift in 10 years.
