I agree on both points Joey.
I honestly don't get it, especially if he somehow does well with them, but couldn't with Blues or Derby.
But in my view I think that Plymouth are looking for that short term financial gain by having Wayne Rooney as Manager, but will soon regret it when they lose 3-0 to Oxford at home, and he has their midfield playing like psychopaths on the pitch.
