I think he stands a good chance to.
However it's right he cannot be a Labour candidate.
All he had to do was accept in full the Equalities Commission full Independent investigation into antisemitism related to Labour.
He refused to do so.
Starmer had no choice then but to seek to remove his Labour MP status.
