Given that Rooney , Lampard and Gerard who were all fabulous players all basically flopped in management .. which ex players do you see being a managerial success in the Premier League ??

Michael Carrick and John Terry - i kinda agree with both. John Terry is actually going through the process.. the tried and trusted way of gaining all the experience through being backroom staff , reserve team manager .. assistant manager .


The only thing that may play against him arw the skeletons in his wardrobe (or is it cupboard ?)
