If he'd just been joking about a milkshake being thrown that would be one thing, but we all know that this actually was an assault, and not funny. Because it COULD have been acid. I didn't see it before and stupidly made a joke, but LT has convinced me - it's not funny at all, because it's not about milkshake. It's about acid, knife crime and immigration. It's serious. Nigel must apologise for this tweet and step down.
