I've listened to The '59 Sound by The Gaslight Anthem.
It's a well made Album (especially if you're a die hard fan of Bruce Springsteen or early The Killers material,) and Brian Fallon is a really strong vocalist imo.
So all of the technical side of things is great imo.
However I did find myself getting bored after the first few songs, I think that they're all a bit too similar to each other, that I have kind of merged all of the songs together in my head.
For my own personal enjoyment, the Album ended up being about a 6/10 for me, I have tried to not do arbitrary scores on this thread, but this Album in my view is the poster child of what a 6/10 is to me.
It has it's moments, but nowhere near enough to break into the 7's or above in my view.
