This is what I've caught on the Internet about what's the politically correct terminology for women same sex relationships.

Basically calling a Lesbian or a Gay man a Homosexual is the offensive terminology nowadays.
I haven't caught anything about the term Lesbian being deemed offensive, unless someone off Twitter is trying to make it a thing.
