Unfortunately British law prevents the Judge from throwing these two very evil children - soon to be very evil adults' in jail for life and throwing away the key.

Hmm, then maybe instead of severe punishment in terms of a very long incarceration, they could be protected, have their names changed and out in 6 years. Not justice as always.
