I wonder if it depends where you live.
My sister in law is getting treatment for her cancer. She is 67, she was diagnosed, treatment and then operated on within weeks from seeing her doctor.
Both hubby and I are over 65 and have had nothing but the best service from the NHS.
Both of us have had accidents in the past two years, and we have both received excellent health care.
Maybe it’s down to where we live, we have 3 hospitals within our catchment area, a large diagnostic hospital is also being built within a few miles from us.
