It's a weird set of double standards
That's like when some people think teenage girls who giggle around an older man are somehow encouraging his inappropriate attention. And just because they may dress a certain way.
Like I said the adult is still an adult and should know better.
Some of these teenage boys & girls might even think the predator cares about them, that's what grooming does .
