…yeah I think that’s a huge part, isn’t it…not having any balance and too much single focus on specific negative areas or topics or world event, you know…there’s that saying, step out and touch the grass or something similar…?..it’s not a literal thing, it’s just more about absorbing balances of information to keep more sound perspectives…
