It doesn't matter about personal opinions. Its only a success if it pulls in high viewing figures. This is the order of success from their point of view.
1) BB3 (2002) - 5.8m
2) BB5 (2004) - 5.0m
3) BB1 (2000) - 4.7m
=) BB7 (2006) - 4.7m
5) BB2 (2001) - 4.6m
=) BB4 (2003) - 4.6m
7) BB6 (2005) - 4.4m
8) Season 8 (2007) - 3.9m

BB7 was 3rd mate, BB1 was close so thats why 7 and 1 is rounded up to 4.7, but 1 just had a little less than 7.
