I do that with my go to sleep go to podcasts (usually Ricky stephen and karl) have it all set up on my phone lights off, head on pillow..Then Gervais let's out a really loud guffaw at something karl pilkington has said.
So I reach over in the dark for the volume button, but hot the off button instead. It's like the godfather movies, never heard or seen any of them all once.
