Yes and no. Not the same character (Kang the Conqueror) but they have basically scrapped that entire plotline and started from scratch with a different main villain as the new "Thanos" (Doom). Also the accusations against him are mostly around domestic violence/assault rather than the usual dodgy sex stuff.
It makes Ant Man 3 a weird irrelevance in the overall storyline, but "Loki" Season 2 is what makes it possible in terms of "in-universe logic" -- with Loki becoming the sort of "guardian of the timeline" at the end of that.
Incidentally, Loki S2 is objectively a very well made piece of telly and one of the "post Endgame" MCU things well worth watching simply on its own merits. Well shot, well scripted, well paced, great actors. Slightly unusual for Disney+
