I think the main "point" of Snow White, surely, is that it doesn't matter how physically beautiful the Queen is, she will never be as "fair and wonderful" as Snow White because Snow White is also "fair in her spirit" while the Evil Queen is... well... "evil"... or rather, a narcissist. Which makes her "lesser" no matter what she does. Hence her frustration.
The thread of the story is not, as some might have us believe, about someone who is "extremely caucasian"
