Premise is when people who live inland (place of slums) turn 20 they’re allowed to try to get a place on the offshore (a land of luxury) by completing various tests but only 3% can get a place, and you can only attempt when 20 years old. It’s Brazilian so in Portuguese or you can put English dub on (I prefer sub titles though).
